Great dining option in Teton Village. We sat at the bar and enjoyed starters and mains. The barkeep was genial and attentive. The bread to start was delicious. The burger was one of the best I've had. Looking forward to returning to try the pizza.
MoreWe had a phenomenal experience... appetizers were fantastic, service was excellent and the meals were incredible. Heading back soon with guests...
MoreAmazing food and fantastic service. Highly recommend this for families.
Try the arugula salad, the salmon crudo, the risotto; but most recommended is the calamari. Very unique!
MoreI really great place to eat. Appetizers are okay but the entrees are much much better. Prices are a bit high but that's what you expect from Jackson Hole and a ski resort.
MoreFantastic! Busy Italian kitchen, usually on a wait on the weekends. We sat at the bar, and enjoyed the full menu. Bartenders are knowledgeable and offer their options about the menu if you ask them. Laid back atmosphere with a fireplace. Kick off your ski boots and enjoy the fresh caught trout with a glass of wine. Yummy!
MoreWe are vegetarian and ordered the Hippie! Best pizza ever. Period. Little on the expensive side but all the places here are expensive! Loved the ambience too.
MoreLocated within walking distance of anywhere in Teton Village. The staff were really nice and the place looked new. Happened to walk in during pizza night and the food was good. $35 pp for pizza was not so good, but you have to expect some of that at a ski resort.
MoreIt was not bad but over priced for what you get. My $22 burger was not an in-house ground Patty, it was 2 1/4lb iqf patties.I spent $45 on a burger, beer and appetizer. I would not go back.
MoreFood in this place was amazing! The wine availability was limited but they did let us know in advance and advised a wine shipment was coming in. Chef Paul O'Connor was very friendly and came over to talk about what we had. The Allen Brothers bone-in filet was perfectly prepared. Kudos to the chef!
MoreGreat food, decent prices for the area it's in. Warm, friendly service. Maybe a coat rack or ten?
More3 dinners came very late and cold, 1 of the dinners took 3 times to make, champagne was warm, in conclusion never coming back!!
MoreAmazing food, had the best salad I've ever had!
Friendly staff and comfortable
This place has great food and a nice atmosphere. The service was a little strange when we were standing at the front desk for several minutes with servers and managers walking around and not making eye contact with us. I'd rate the service as a 3, but the food is a 4.5.
MoreI was late getting there and most everyone had already ordered. Even though my order went in very late, it came out just a little bit later than the others. What a nice surprise. The park and lobster slider was excellent. The burger was tasty, but similar to most other restaurants, a bit too salty for me. However, I did not hear anyone else with the same comment. So for most people, it is probably OK. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.
MoreDefinitely not a cheap place to get a bite to eat. Not good at reservations. I called in, was instructed to leave a message. I asked for a reservation for 8 pm, 830 is OK too. They called back, didn't leave a message. I had to call them a second time and they gave me a reservation for 915 and said "maybe". If this is the service from the host, I doubt it gets better. Hard pass.
MoreWe stayed at the Caldera for a week and ended up eating here multiple times (B,L&D, all good). The food is well-executed and interesting (especially the pizzas and pastas), and it is the best Italian in the area (avoid Il Villagio Osteria, a far distant second place in terms of execution and missing the mark on several key aspects). The wine list is superb, with a list of wonderful Italians worthy of a NYC list (surprisingly knowledgeable staff can direct you to the best bottles and good values). The vibe is cool and relaxed - no antlers.....The cafe outside is good for a quick bite while taking a ski break.
MoreOYG is one of my new favorites in Teton Village/Jackson Hole. The prices are reasonable, the ambiance is great and the staff is friendly. I highly reccomend the lasagna and the “not your grandmother’s spaghetti”
MoreFantastic Italian restaurant in the middle of the wilderness of Wyoming. The prices are more aligned with San Francisco but it's totally worth it. The service was fast and friendly. My favorite dish was La dolce Vita which was salmon pizza.
MoreKind of Small bar area and very expensive. Delicious beer though.
It's so relax ambient and the people who work there are so nice.
Very good restaurant. Nice decor, great food and good service. Food came out in great presentation and tasted good. As common as Idaho Trout, they made it better with interesting choice of ingredients and mix of tastes. Highly recommend.
MoreCalled at 6 pm to confirm they closed at 9:30 and asked if 8:30-9 would be fine. Was told yes took a cab to the village for dinner to see the place closed because they decided they were too slow. We explained that we had checked the closing time and called but was still told sorry, kitchen is closed. Never experienced something like this and never post reviews but truly in disbelief they just lost 4 loyal customers that have eaten there for 2 years.
MorePizza Monday is not my cuppa tea. 2 hours and 4 mini slices of pizza later I’m $100 unhappily short. We’ve eaten at OYG with their daily menu before and no pizza on their menu is as distasteful as what we were served. Let’s not get into the mediocre service and the limited “all you can eat” I would highly recommend staying away on Monday night. In OYG’s defense they did warn us it’s pizza night. To top it off the ice cream was downright sad
MoreTerrible service. +1 hour for drinks, 2 for main course.
Great food, friendly staff.
the hot chocolate was basically hot milk, slow service when it wasn’t that crowded, the burger bun was falling apart and the forgot the goat cheese on the goat cheese salad. Not worth it.
MorePoor service, 15’ to get a bill with 19 desserts instead of 6 (!), more garlic than pasta in the farfalle and champagne isn’t even chilled before you order it. Won’t come back soon.
MoreLobster bisque is a must!!
We came during COVID partial closure so ordered to-go. It was by far the best burger we have had in a LONG time! Would travel back this way to order again ;-) added truffle fries which also on point! The arugula salad seemed small for the price ($11). The drinks were heavy on the ice. I appreciate the ice on a warm night but my husband was not thrilled as it seemed to overwhelm his drink.Gave them 4 stars because they’re doing a good thing offering curbside pickup and flavors are hard to beat!
MoreWhat a delight to have such an exquisite restaurant so conveniently located in the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Paul and his staff never cease to deliver exemplary authentic Italian cuisine. The food, cocktails, and wine list are stellar. The OYG is definitely a crown jewel if Jackson Hole!
MoreGood drinks. Were told wait was 45min. 2hrs later we left.
Great location. Great wood oven pizza!
The Monday all you can eat pizza is BAR NONE! We're talking GOURMET pizza slices until you die.The Old fashioneds are as good as I've had anywhere!!
MorePrices comparable to what you pay at the cafeteria. Try the chicken parm
We were in the Village for a a show that got out around 9:15pm. We looked every where for food. at 9:45 we finally stumbled upon OYG. They welcomed us immediately. Our Server Reed was amazing. he served well beyond closing and did it very very well. I was very impressed with the level of customer service i received. On to the food. It was AMAZING !! i wont even look for a different restaurant next time im in the village. Thank you for a great dining experience!!
MoreA really refreshing spot in Teton Village - they offer fresh options, a nice change from typical side of the mountain fare. Friendly staff, particularly our bartender Janice - nice, smiling while not being over solicitous. The area in the bar has a few circular tables with mid century modern chairs around for an easy spot to hang out with friends.
MoreDelicious authentic food, good atmosphere, good service .
Don't go unless you're desperate. We started with the shrimp, it was good. We moved onto a special truffle pizza, which was dry, under-salted, and not very truffle-y. We kept an open mind and ordered pasta. I had the pomodoro which tasted like a college kid made it in his dorm room by dumping canned tomato onto boxed pasta and topping it (carelessly) with large basil leaves. In order to balance out the acidic canned sauce, I asked for cheese. They brought out a ramekin filed with what looked like cheese from a shelf, it did not help. My fiance ordered the ragout, it was not much better. With all the outstanding reviews online we expected a great meal, this tasted like a cafeteria meal... I guess the celebrity influence can support a place when strong enough, thanks Kim.
MoreWould advise against pizza night
Pizza and good atmosphere
So happy that OYG is back! I hope you (and I) love this incarnation as much as we loved the old yg.
MoreAmazing food, nice ambience, friendly service!
Good food. The staff was nice. They seem to put garlic on everything. Price was a bit high but expected here
MoreNot sure why there are such good reviews on this place. I came for new years eve dinner. The drinks are not well balanced or even made with proper ingredients. The food isn't anything to the go home about, got the pizzaand the chicken. The service was pretty slow but nice atmosphere. The best part about eating here was honestly the bread...would not recommend this place.
MoreExceptional place! Food was outstanding: we had barramundi and filet mignon and both were cooked to perfection! Service was outstanding. Ambiance very soothing. I was pleasantly surprised that menu had so many great choices besides pizzas and pastas. Cannoli is the one thing that I’ve had better. Highly recommend this place!
MoreVery cool place for lunch or dinner. Great menu. Terrible wine pours from bartender. 4 ounces maybe. $10 glass of wine. Charge me $15 but please give me a good pour.
MoreGreat fast friendly service and delicious food!!!
The food was okay, a bit bland. Though the hot chocolate was fantastic.
